The mobile application is provided free of charge and is intended for use with Revisor VMS software.

Users must access only systems and video data they are authorized to use and comply with applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations.

The application and its original software, design, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights remain with their respective rights holders.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kamin-Plus LLC is not responsible for interruptions, compatibility issues, or damages resulting from improper use of the application or connected systems.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data processed in connection with the application is subject to the applicable Privacy Policy.

Users and operators of connected surveillance systems are responsible for ensuring their use of those systems complies with applicable data protection laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the user's country.
